I really enjoyed reading your newsletter. I am an elementary school teacher in New Jersey and teacher of gifted and talented students. I received the Teacher of the Year award this year while utilizing an ECG model with my students. The ECG model(enrichment cluster grouping) allows me to infuse my class with a greater latitude of creativity.
